What is a post construction clean?
A post construction clean, also called an after builders clean, is a detailed clean after building, renovation or fit out work. Building dust is very fine. It settles on every surface, inside cupboards and on top of doors and frames, and it often comes back if it is only wiped once.
We clean room by room from top to bottom, removing dust, leftover marks and labels from surfaces, fittings and glass, so the space is ready to use.
We clean after the building work has finished and the builders have removed their rubbish and materials. Removing building waste is not part of the clean.
Every job is different, so we look at the site first. The size of the property, the type of work and how much dust has been left all affect the time needed and your price.
